Any protein shake recommendations for a first timer?
I've been going to the gym regularly since september and I was told the other day that protein shakes complementing my diet and vits would be a good idea.Since I aim to bulk up and put on some positive pounds, what kind of shakes should I start with?
thanks!

you would probably want to be on your cycle for a bit longer than 1 or 2 months. also training for 7 days a week may be a bit too excessive. and don't listen to the other guy, all side effects of steroids are reversible. like seriously, on average 3 people die each year from steroid use....more people are killed by teapots. good luck.

If you are planing to compete one day than take all possible supplements.Otherwise do not throw away your money . You are simply convinced that they give you better results but I didn't see any while I was using that . I feel and look better now that I do not take protein .
