I need to lose as much healthy weight as I can by mid august, help?

So I got pretty hippoish for a while. 5ft 140.

I lost quite a bit of weight and then got injured and wasn't able to work out and stopped eating healthy.

Shame on me.

I was looking at myself in the mirror today disliking myself for all the progress I lost.

it was motivattional though.

I'm going to get back on track though but I have an event that I want to slim down for mid-august.

(Of course that's not the only reason)

But that's why I want a slightly faster approach.

I started a new job where I start at five in the morning so i've been snacking on crap throughout the day.

I leave at around lunch time.

so some basic nutritious but easy recipes for breakfast and lunch that I can prep ahead would be nice.

And other tips for quickly slimming down.

    Photograph your self from the front and behind and take a new photo each week to compare your results - don't do it by weight. Also think about a tan, shaving hair etc.. to make yourself look and feel better and progress in the photos.

    Eat from one small plate at each meal. Don't eat snacks between meals. Eat any desert straight after a meal once a day only when you will be too full to eat too much. And eat three small meals the size of your hand only (protein the size of your palm) within an 8 hour timeframe only - eat anything you like but try to make it healthy like vegetarian or chicken and fish and greens - after that sleep and let your body burn the food off for 16 hours.

    Add to that walking everywhere and some weights and a couple of exercises you like for ten mins a day - and you should lose weight fast and tone up rather than have saggy loose skin.

    Your problem is the snacking - I do it too, theres this low carb pizza recipe that makes me lose .5 lbs the next day unlike eating actual pizza, watch the video and try it for yourself. Ive lose so much weight personally by doing it you can too, and dont limit your meals, you are putting your body in starvation mode.
