How to add engine oil to cylinder walls if the piston is at TDC?
So I have my Nissan Altima 2.5 engine with 145K miles with the cylinder head off and engine drained the past 8 months.
I already applied small amount of oil with my fingers around 2 piston bores, but the other 2 have the piston all the way to the Top.
I cant rotate the crank cause the timing chain is held with zip ties and it will make a mess in the timing etc.
People here on yahoo answers told me to lubricate the cylinder bores with oil but Im only capable of doing it to 2 cylinders.
How do I lubricate the other 2 cylinder walls?

Understand, you do not want to turn as you put the timing out, OK, just put a few drops of oil around the outer rim of piston, with finder smear it to the outer so it goes between the piston and the cylinder wall, it will seep down, do it 2 or 3 times. It will be OK. Oil stays on the cylinder wall for a long time. A few strokes and it has plenty of oil.

Don't worry about the other cylinders @ TDC. They are closed off from the atmosphere.

fill the areas around the piston crowns with dieslene and it will penetrate down past the ring grooves to wet the bores

I wouldn't get anal about it and just start the motor and let it idle.

What exactly are you doing? Cover the engine and it will be good when you assemble it again.

I would just pour some on top and into the groove. It is kind of odd getting this far but not being able to turn the engine. When you get it all together, squirt some more oil into each cylinder. The compression will distribute it. The excessive will be spit out the exhaust. The two essentials for a head job is to have the head planed smooth and use a good new gasket properly torqued.
If you are just storing it, you woule be best off to oil it up very juicy and then set the head in place with or without bolts just to seal out moisture. As you know, an engine open to the element is not going to last.

install the timing chain first unless it's an ohc engine. Or take the chain off, you know you have to put the engine back to tdc.

Use some non-evaporating penetrating oil https://amzn.to/2FNua7E (not wd40, it mostly evaporates).
You can just also just spray in through through spark plug holes later if needed.
