How concerned are people about the Ozone Hole?
Many of the CFC gasses that are supposed to have caused the Ozone Holes over the Arctic and Antarctic have now been banned but the still the holes do not show much signs of healing. We are told this should happen by 2065 but are people convinced that there is no longer a problem?

Although many of the substances (chemicals etc) that are substantially detremental to the ozone layer have been reduced in 1st world countries (USA, Britain, etc...), they have only been reduced on the idustrial level. Private use (such as hairsprays, aerosols, and others) in combination with the lack of cooperation from 3rd world countries attempting to technologically advance, results in an output of these substances still at dangerous levels. The ozone layer is composed of unstable oxygen molecules in sets of three. This results in a charged molecule that will readily bond with a molecule of opposite charge and as such gladly ejects one oxygen to molecules such as those mentioned above, thereby creating oxygen and another molecular chain which is chemically specific. It is a fragile system ufortunately and as such requires attention.
For those answers above which discount the hole in the ozone layer, I would suggest researching the matter in any capacity rather than listening to conservative political rantings and religious justifications to make a self INFORMED decision. The science is there as PROOF, and yet there is no science to disprove so do yourself a favor and make an EDUCATED decision as opposed to a self involved, uninformed personal opinion... especially if it is borderline offensive ignorance.
(sorry for the rant, its just upsetting to see unjustified ignorance manifesting as social acceptance)

There is still a problem. Most of it is from the people that make up the so called third world nations. These people are trying to catch up with the United States, and other industrialized nations, and don't care what they have to do to do this. Therefore, they are using whatever they can, and not caring about the damage that may result.

It's a useful question. If you know someone is overly concerned about the Ozone Hole, you can ignore anything else they're concerned about, as it proves they're a dim witted slacker, or a politican.

Scientists believe it is healing. That's probably no comfort to people living in Australia and New Zealand who have to worry about skin cancer due to all the extra UV.
