It depends on speed of consumption, not how much, though too much will make you sick in other ways.

I'm a child at heart...and many times, the soul too.
I can eat a fair share of ice cream, but when I eat it too fast and it's right from the freezer, that's where the brain freeze meets the hungry Breeze! lol

Ice cream has never been a problem. However, the Mr. Misty's and Slurpees and other similar freezes are a challenge. I go slowly to prevent the pain and take little sips.
