Martin Luther King did not always live up to his own rhetoric or ideals. But they were good ideals that we should all strive for. To bad the left only pays lip-service to them, and shames his memory with their antics.

That's often what they do. They even claim Lincoln was one of them because he was a Republican. In Lincoln's time the Republicans were liberals

I really need a clarification. Should I try to follow the teachings of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr......or, do you actually WANT me to become a Racist?

    I don't.

I just point out the liberal hypocrisy of claiming MLK as a hero and then shitting all over his philosophy and legacy. I don't expect anyone to adhere to my moral code....but I DO expect people to adhere to the moral codes they profess.

And liberals are terrible at that. As a general rule, the more raging the hypocrisy, the more "progressive" a person is.

As far as MLK goes....MLK was a Christian, and being an atheist, I find myself rather uninterested in his "ideas."
