Will it help police if I send surveillance footage of a vehicle break in to the local television news?
Do police even allow sharing of footage?
This is the 3rd time someone tried to break in to my vehicle. One time the suspect actually managed to open it & stole my vehicle registration & insurance card.
The footage isn't the best, but it is clear enough to see the face of the suspect.
Identity Theft is the worst thing that can happen after a vehicle break in.

You should give the footage to the police. If they do nothing with it, THEN taken it public.
