How much tea is too much to drink per day?
I probably go through 5 teabags a day. (so like 3-5 cups of tea depending on how many teabags I use per cup).
It's Earl Grey (black).
I find it a lot more exciting to drink than water. . .
It doesn't make me feel sick ever, but it does feel as though I might could possibly be drinking "too much" if that's even possible.

I think 5 bags a day is fine. I usually drink more than that myself..

Some dude just died from drinking a gallon of iced tea per day. Take what you want from that, but moderation in everything is always a good idea.

Any "normal" tea at all is too much, especially if you are female.
It's now known to be linked to a much-increased incidence of arthritis in later life, with women more susceptible than men.
The myths about tea being good and coffee being bad are exactly that - myths.
Coffee is beneficial to your health, as long as you don't drink crazy amounts, and tea is bad.
