Is there a free android app that allows me to tweak/play around with photos?

I am not looking for anything to complicated I just want something that will allow me to mess around with colour with a few effects.

    you can do that adobe photo shop

    its very easy and has a tons of options

    pic say is complicated and doesn't always work (keeps foreclosing on my nexus one)

    there is a free version which has some color, hue/saturation/darken/lighten/ ect adjustments.

    there is also a paid version of it, but i dont have it. but the free version has some cool, quick change effects on the pics and does a good job with it. i use mine all the time to darken up photos to use as wallpapers (i like dark themes)
