Well, it's like anything that is collectible, it's called 'collectible' for a reason, there are only so many made and will only increase in value over time as less and less will be found. If you really want it, i'd buy it now, play it and then hold onto it until it's worth more than you had to pay. I bought Chrono Trigger (SNES) and Zelda The Wand of Gamelon for about $20 each a long time ago. Now look at the prices.

It's for a song. Usually, it requires the Song of Storms, but a few need the Song of Time.
Green ones are for the Scarecrow song.

place a bomb in the area, if that doesnt work place a bug in that area, if theres grass, cut it. or it might just mean that you need to go in that general direction to get to your next destination.
