I'm afraid you haven't heard.. every media outlet said that was a faked video and the subtitles were added to help sell the lie.
You can find the real, undoctored video on YouTube. It's called The War Room, part 9 (I think) and is a documentary that's been available for rental for years.

In theory she didn't even win. An estimated 10% of her vote was from crossover republicans. Basically republicans who are voting for her so she can continue to split the party. So in reality she actually lost by 8/9 percent. Same for almost every state since McCain got the nomination.

Since most people are smart enough to know that wasn't a real video, I'd say no. The real reason probably has to do with the botched gas tax holiday plan. It was a political ploy of the Clinton's and it failed miserably.

That was a forged YouTube video. Someone dubbed in the last part. And Mickey Kantor is going to be suing the hell out of whoever did this, and hopefully it is someone high up in the Obama campaign.
