What are those knobbly bits of flesh on my neck?
I have two very small bits of knobbly flesh growing on my neck. They are getting bigger although they are really small about 2 mm. Is it easy to get them removed?

It sounds like a skin tag, but hard to tell from your description. Check out the pictures on the link below to be sure.
If they are skin tags, you can remove them yourself by tying dental floss tightly around the bottom and waiting for them to fall off (it takes about a week), or have the doctor remove them.
