in july of this year i was working for a local contractor. they were laying half brick. about the second day we were there i started grouting the brick using a calking gun. when i got to work the next day the pain in both my arms and both my hands was intense. being a dutiful employee i sucked it up bumbed all the aleve that i could find and kept working. i took 2 to 4 advil every day just to be able to continue working. this went on for a week and a half. at the end of the job i thought the pain was not as bad so i assumed it was no big deal. over the next couple of weeks the pain did not go away but i just wrote it off as muscles that i dont normally use would be sore for a while. at the end of the job we were layed off due to lack of work. a week later we worked a half a day stocking a job with tile. i mentioned to one of my bosses that my arms and hands still hurt.(later when asked he didnt remember) abot 8 weeks later the pain was still not gone but worse. i was losing feeling and strength in my left hand and the pain in my right got worse. i was worried so i went to the ER on sunday. the doctor said it was carpal tunal. he said it was probably from the extended use of the calk gun. on the following monday i reported this to my employer. they reported it to workers comp ins. the er doctor recommened that i see a specialist. i made the appointment and went. that doctor requested a procedure to determine the damage. the claims adjuster cancelled that appointment and inevitably denied my claim. due and timely notice was not given to the employer and or kyagc/sif. on top of this the bosses son called me and told me that i would not be called back to work. i had to stop drawing unemployment because the doctor gave me a note that said i could not work. so tell me what should i do. thanx in advance for any help.

at least we the people would be doing something positive about unemployment.honestly some would sell out but they would probably not ever be unemployed again,some would do something outrageous but they could always get jobs on reality tv ,some would go to jail and they dont need unemployment, but i believe that a remarkable number of them would do an EXCELLENT job and might even fix; our infrastructure(just spend the money and fix it creating jobs) , our confusing tax system(everybody pays 10% on profit,no loopholes,no tax on any necessities) ,our defense problem(never create collateral damage and make sure that any soldier wounded serving our country never needs anything) ,our foreign policy(help people that really need help,if you go to war with someone go to war and dont rebuild their country the next group will know better than to make war, and dont give money to dictators) ,and last our drug war(end it! it would put the mexican drug lords out of a job and they wont need unemployment,transfer the drug warriors to our border and riot units that we are going to need THIS year so they wont be unemployed, irs agents wont be out of work because even with the 10% tax rate on profit the rich will still try to cheat, place people with addictions in treatment and not with violent or thieving people creating jobs in health care and building treatment facilities, create jobs in the marijuana and hemp industry like california proves brings in substantial tax revenue,and save billions by not giving it to dictators and governments to abuse their people in the name of our drug war) SO WAKE UP AMERICA. VOTE FOR THE UNEMPLOYED. WE CANT GET WORSE THAN WE'VE GOT. YOU MIGHT EVEN SAVE A POOR PERSON OR SIX.

why not replace them with the unemployed
