My iPad is fully charged and is less than a year old. I am the original owner and have taken immaculate care of it. I had used it minutes before, then when I went back to it the iPad would not fire back up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If I check-out a music CD from the public library, which my tax dollars have helped pay for, can I not put that CD on my iTunes and listen to it after I return the CD? Is that considered music piracy? Please explain either way, as we are having a family debate about this subject and would like to have a neutral third-party help us resolve this.

My roommate's point: I did not pay for the CD directly, therefore, it is piracy.

My point: My tax dollars indirectly paid for the library to acquire the CD, therefore I am within my legal right to use it as I see fit.

The DS on my touchscreen is fine while playing on the left side of the screen, but starts to be off my about a centimeter the further I go to the right.
