Computer freezes while booting up.?

There are weird graphics when I boot up. For example random blue, red, and green specs. I tried going into safe mode and while attempting, it froze again. My tech savvy friend tried booting a “live linux USB stick” in it and it still kept freezing before the OS loaded.

Mise à jour:

I forgot to add I recently upgraded the HHD to an SSD

I will mention to you what to check unplug every one of your peripherals your printer your CD-ROM from inside your PC and from the ports outside your PC and check whether the difficult stops. The following activity supplant the Ram an awful slam stick will shield you from booting up accurately. In the event that you have attempted these two tests it's actually doing it, at that point the main thing that it tends to be is either a CPU turning sour or a short in the motherboard

Freezing during startup may be a sign that your hardware is going bad. Hard drive problems will damage data and stop your operating system from booting up. RAM is a common culprit that can cause boot problems; as with your hard drive, RAM can be corrupted by malware or simply malfunction with age.

It's a hardware issue, probably involving the graphics card. If you're using the built-in video port from the motherboard, then maybe one of your RAM sticks is failing. You can try removing one at a time and booting each time to see which one of those has to be replaced. Another way to check (and solve) is to use a graphics card (GPU). Try borrowing one from a working computer to see if the problem goes away.
