I left high school age 16 in 2014 (This is normal in the UK, to leave high school at 16)
Most of my friends from that era I've sadly lost contact with. Of course, there's always facebook, but the majority of them steer clear from social media and just get on with their lives.
However, my greatest friend from those times I am still in contact with today and II couldn't be more grateful.

Yes. I might not be in contact with many of them anymore but I still consider them friends. Some people just drift away. That's life.

I'm 56 and moved away from my home city and state when I was 27. I haven't seen my friends from high school for 2+ decades. I would love to see them again sometime.

Most of my friends from high school are dead now, I graduated from high school in 1953.
