Movie about Alzheimer?

Hello

Many years ago I saw a movie which tells about a widow woman about 40 45 years old.

That woman (I think is named Iris) restarted to study and after some forgotten things she discover to start to have Alzheimer.

The film tells the life of this woman in her normal life with the benningins of this problem and the motherhood (in particular of a maybe 18 years old).

The last set shows her walking in the grass where there is written the name of the woman with yellow flower, in fact her husband put the bulbs before his death.

The cars are like English guide.

There is a film called "iris" of 2001 but it isn't this movie.

Can someone tell me the title of this film?
