ERP Software, Odoo, opensourse, taxes?

I just installed an opensourse ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software called Odoo "Community version 12" in my laptop for my tiny business at home. I sell small robots. I want to use the POS and Inventory app to keep it efficient and stop using excel to keep records. I bought a barcode scanner, cash register, monitor and thermal printer.

My question is:

Since Odoo "Community Version' ERP is opensource, do I need to pay a special type of tax to the government just by using it in my business?

What about the people who BUY Odoo "Enterprise version" or any other ERP software?

Do people who purchase an ERP software, or use an opensourse ERP software, need to pay taxes to the local government in their country?

For example, yeah, I pay taxes when I sell my product. I fill the invoice manually and give it to the customer when the payment is done, then I pay taxes to the IRS at the end of the month...etc.

but by using an ERP do people pay taxes?

Thank you

Tax laws vary greatly from country to country and within the US state to state. Some states charge tax on only physical delivery of software. Some charge based for physical or electronic download of it. In both cases, it's a sales tax based on the purchase price. Since the software version you have comes at no fee, then no usage tax would be due. Again, your local laws may be different because these things really are all over the board.
