Not in America, not legally, I would presume. You would think that owning a man like property who hasn't signed anything saying he is okay with being contractually bound to something he was not well aware of, would be grounds for a major lawsuit. Even parents don't have authority over their kids, once their kids become adults. Consent is important. If you don't authorize someone to take money, it is called theft. If you don't authorize someone, giving that person the okay to have sex with you, that's called rape. Man-stealing is called slavery, kidnapping.... not to mention he's basically being a child actor (a child worker) without compensation.

No. Never. No one would watch it. It would be too expensive to produce. What companies would pay for advertising on a show like that? As a movie it works because it's only two hours. Who wants to watch someone else's 2 year grow into a 3 year old 24 X 7 X 365 ?!? And then all the way to adulthood? Seriously. No one's life is that interesting.

I think it is more likely than you learning to spell correctly. The movie is "The Truman Show", not trueman.
