Cream to lighten underarm and ingrown hair scars on bikini area?

Anyone know of any good creams or anything that actually works? I can't seem to find anything that works on both areas too.

Using chemicals that lightens your skin, could make the problem more worst, lighter than your normal skin.

    FYI:

The FDA have banned 23 whitening products.

The reason cited for the proposed ban is that studies in rodents show "some evidence" that hydroquinone may act as a carcinogen or cancer-causing chemical, although its cancer-causing properties have yet to be proved in humans. Hydroquinone also has been linked with the medical condition known as ochronosis in which the skin becomes dark and thick. Dome-shaped yellowish spots and grayish-brown spots also are observed in ochronosis among black women and men in South Africa, Britain, and the U.S. Ochronosis has been observed in conjunction with hydroquinone use even in persons who have used hydroquinone-containing cosmetics for a short time. Some studies also report abnormal function of the adrenal glands and high levels of mercury in people who have used hydroquinone-containing cosmetics. For these reasons, hydroquinone has already been banned in Japan, the European Union, and Australi

SOLUTION: You can exfoliate each time you take a shower, using a wash cloth & body wash. It will take years for them to get lighter, depends how long they've been dark. Causes: Anti-perspirant and deodorants contains CHEMICALS you don't want on your skin, and can also permanently discolor your skin. The aluminum salts in anti-perspirant stunt certain types of bacteria under your arms, leaving you with higher levels of STINKIER STRAINS. ~ Vogue magazine.

    INGROWN HAIR:

Razor bumps, also called pseudofolliculitis barbae, are small, irritated bumps on the skin. They develop after shaving, when strands of hair curl back on themselves and grow into the skin. Razor bumps cause irritation and the development of pimples. They also may cause scarring.

Razor bumps are common among African-Americans and people with tightly coiled hair. Razor bumps tend to be more of a problem for men than women, because many men shave daily.

    THREE MOST COMMON MYTHS:

    1. The rate of hair regrowth will not change because of hair removal.

    2. Hair coverage will not change in density; your body has a set number of hair follicles.

    3. Ingrown hairs are common but not impossible to avoid; everyone has different susceptibility to ingrown hairs.
