It is messed up and Kendrick should be forced to give Tozawa back his passport.

It's not really Brian Kendrick Fault that, Akira Tozawa has leave his Passport on The Floor.
We might need to deal with it for laying it in the locker room. That's his own fault though.

Maybe he will be. Akira was likely unaware that Brian had it until he saw on RAW. He might have called the NYPD after he saw this.
