What do you understand by reality?

Perception. Without it there is no reality. Just like that age old question, if a tree falls and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound? Here's a few more. If we were all born with gray-scale monochromatic eyesight would color exist? If we were all born without the ability to touch or feel would texture exist? Take away one or more of our senses and what we call reality would shift dramatically.

That's a good answer Jessica, the way I see it is: every human being thinks reality is a positioned state, but could reality tie in with what we actually know to be real about us. For example what do you know about reality? you know you were born, you know you will die one day and you are a wear of your own reality between the points of being born and dying. .Butttt! what about before you were born and after you die, what do any of us know about that? Your answer questioned the reality of a life without the basic senses and the more you take away from our conception of life the less real we appear to be.
