Can you share ideas how to move a large older analog TV. ?

I moved it in with rolling chair, but now its on the floor and need to lift it and I cannot do it myself. Friends not able to come. Ideas?

If you can get it onto an old bed spread, you can slide it around to where you want it. Same with a rug. I know, we did this! Also, if you can get it on a low wooden dolly you can move it around that way. I know they are very heavy.

The easiest option is to pay a mover to do it.

If it is on the floor you should be able to push it around. If you need it lifted up, then if you can get a crowbar under one side and can lift it up high enough to push a brick underneath you have one side one brick higher. Repeat for the other side. Now lift up enought to push a second brick under. Keep repeating until it is high enough that you can push it onto a rolling platform or whatever.

The last option is to start training lifting weights. It will take a while, but eventually you will be able to lift the TV by yourself.

IF you can lift one corner up at a time, get some low wheel platforms at a general store, and then you can at least push the TV around (and out of your way). [You could do similar with rugs / towels under each corner, but sliders / wheels are better.] BETTER YET, wait for some strong friends to help.

you'll have to wait until you can recruit some helpers
