Will my burns scar?

2 days ago I was brewing coffee at work and immediately afterwards I poured a large cup. I somehow knocked it over on my arm and immediately walked over to the sink to run room temp water over it. As soon as the water hit it a 2 by 2 1/2 inch chunk of skin peeled off and my whole forearm was red. I put some burn cream on it and one of my coworkers told me to put ice wrapped in a towel on it. Another worker immediately took me to the er where they gave me percocet and wrapped it up. (Idk why they didn't disinfect it)

Later when I went to clean it I noticed that several large blisters formed and a lot of the skin surrounding the wound has turned brown and wrinkled. Along with more skin peeling off around the giant pink spot where skin initially peeled off. I've been cleaning it 2-3 times a day and putting silvadine on it.

Do you think any of this will scar bad?

oh, and I noticed that the blisters have popped but ifk if it did that on its own of if I accidently caused it in my sleep last night.

you have to stop disturbing it and putting stuff on it. Didn't a doctor or nurse give you any information on what to do with it? Burn cream was so wrong. Don't they teach you first aid at work? Isn't it the law that someone at work has to have first aid? If you had just put cold water on it , wrapped it up and left it the F alone, it would heal nicely and not scar. God knows how badly you have screwed it up. Go back to the doctor, have him look at it and give you advice. And stop F'ing around with it! F'n kids.
