Impact Wrestling/TNA being hypocritical Calling out WWE's Trademark terms, while making some Talent adopt TNA Trademark Names?
so I'm watching TNA a few hours behind the 'Live' broadcast... and yet again Drew Galloway is on his "I said Wrestling Tour" now he's got The Rising (Eli Drake and Mica) singing back up on this Tune with Drake calling out the 'WWEism' of Superstars
but much like these WWEisms; stage names are issued/used for exactly the same reason
so am I the only one who sees the irony of guy with a Copyrighted Stage Name complaining about the practice of using Copyrighted Terms
bonus points for highlighting 'Mica' as 2nd generation (son of Haku/Meng) while also changing his name

Alright, I'm a Drew Galloway fan. But, realistically #StandUp will effect nothing in Total Nonstop Action. SURE, 'The Rising' Vs 'The Beat Down Clan' could do good things for Impact! Wrestling. Problem is, TNA is already taking the wrong steps to do this.
#StandUp has become Drew Galloway coming out acclaiming how much he LOVES Professional Wrestling, which sure Drew does no secret; but it's starting to sound like a Tommy Dreamer campaign about Pro Wrestling. What is it with Total Nonstop Action's obsession with Trios/Factions that involve New Professional Wrestlers we've never seen before yet hyping them to be someone we've watched for generations?
Sorry Impact! Wrestling, 'The Rising'/'The BDC' hell 'The Revolution' isn't 'The Shield' or 'The Wyatt Family'; The People are not going to grasp onto a group of nobodies attached to someone with history. Specifically when those groups suffer from little to no guidance or purpose, "What?" would The People think if Seth Rollins didn't debut in The Shield and just debuted in The Authority from Day One? They wouldn't take The Authority seriously even if it had Kane, Big Show, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon's involvement.

On the forefront of yet another Total Nonstop Action Promo for World Wrestling Entertainment, God you gotta love how hard Impact! Wrestling attempts to work The Internet Wrestling Community. "Oh, They hate how WWE calls themselves 'Sports Entertainment', 'Superstars' or 'Divas' we're 'Pro Wrestlers' and 'Impact! Wrestling'", It's TNA's obsession with not building a brand for themselves. The People don't understand what Branding is, thus Total Nonstop Action doesn't need to try to brand themselves.
I've stated that Impact! Wrestling is like the subpar Used Car Salesmen whose entire pitch is 'They Exist, But Our Product Is Better' problem with this Pitch is Total Nonstop Action's product isn't World Championship Wrestling's Nitro'ing the business as a whole; nobody is going to take a professional wrestling promotion that does NOTHING but name drops a bigger and more well known product just to seem "Edgy".
Didn't work for Lucha Underground, didn't work for House Of Hardcore, didn't work for Extreme Championship Wrestling back in the 90s either.
