Availiable official documentation in case of alien contact, invasion or unexpected events ?

I know, this question might sound curious.

But I would like to know if, out there on the internet or in paper publication, there exists official (published by governments and institutions), books, handbooks, leaflets, brochures or documents concerning procedures and step to take in case of "unexpected events" (as an alien invasion, first contact or mysterious epidemic, or if we wake up tomorrow and the ants are 2 meters high ) ?

Thanks to provide serious replies with links or references, and keep irony inside.

For the skeptics, a document "Seven Steps to First Contact" was published by the US army in the fifties.

Oh, and I am not speaking of plot or alien invasion theory. I just want to know what are the existing documents (even if outdated).

Thanks a lot.

Yes FEMA & the CDC have published plans for how to react in the case of the zombie apocalypse. They were jokes but they are fully detailed plans and could/would be used in the event of something bizare happening. SETI has instructions on "first contact"

The 'Seven Steps to First Contact' book was a supposed plan for the earth authorities to approach an alien race which we may at some point detect, for example by discovering radio signals from a distant source. It rather assumes that we would be therefore be in control and able to dictate the process for making contact. It is not a procedure for reporting as such.

Since all governments currently deny the existence of any aliens, and consistently refuse to address the available evidence to the contrary (the evidence they have not succeeded in suppressing, that is) then it seems unlikely there would be any published official documents on the subject.

I am sure that secret military documents exist, and a lot more besides. But the governments are not going to admit to any such things.

America had "project Blue book" which is now canceled.

Britain may have someplace to report

IF there was real evidence of intelligent non human aliens from another planet

    the government would know.

AND all governments would immediately have to work together or we would go the way of the ancient tribes.

How could ANY such important information be kept secret today?

TV shows about "aliens" are just for fun!
