to emigrate to the US:
1: marry a US citizen
2: win the green Card Lottery
3: be sponsored by a parent, child or sibling who is a Citizen
4: get a work visa( have a degree in a much needed field like Nuclear engineering and be offered a job by a US company.)
some countries don't even qualify for the GC lottery at all.

No. They MUST follow the immigration laws, and enter the country legally. For most the process can take up to10 years to complete. Also they can NOT legally work in the U.S. without a "work" visa which an American company MUST sponsor.

Immigration to the U.S. is extremely difficult and takes years if they do get accepted. . Unless they have an American relative to sponsor them, it is simply impossible.
