How to deal with people who do others wrong?
Ok need some advice. Last fall I got asked to help coach a little league coach pitch team. This is an already established team. They mainly needed someone who could pitch to the kids and being a former pitcher through school, I agreed to help. I just found out tonight that I replaced a former coach who's son is still on the team I might add, without him being told he was replaced. I knew he was a coach before but I thought maybe he just decided he didn't want to help. I'm thinking about confronting the head coach about this and stepping down because I have strong feelings about things like this. If they didn't want him coaching fine, but dont' let someone found out by showing up for the 1st spring practice to find out he's been replaced. Please give some advice. Thanks!

You can do what you feel you need to do but it probably won't change the outcome that the former pitcher may not be the best person for that position...It may still be someone comparable to your talents. So you may only be hurting the opportunities for the kids of the future by turning the position down.....
It might be better for you just to sit down and talk with the former prospective coach and explain to him that you thought it was he who declined the position and see what he says about it...
This is one of those situations where you just need to pray on it firstly and let your heart rule you.. What if it is the LORD who is directing you? What if the leaders saw something wrong about the previous coach they didn't feel right about?
