Mise à jour:

Thankx for your reply, the reason I haven't called the company is that I received the camera as a gift and it was bought from the gulf region so I didn't know what to do to get it fixed.thankx

I am sorry to complain, but why on earth have you not contacted Fuji, the number is in your instruction manual and I am going to list their USA contact info. I had a Fuji S20 Pro which was long past warranty. Called about a problem. Fuji Directed me to send the camera to them. Protecting myself I asked for an estimate should there be a cost associated with being directed to send in the camera by the Fuji technician.

The camera came back repaired, AT NO CHARGE, evidently it was determined to be manufacturing flaw or something. I don't know to this day, but the point is their was no charge to me other than shipping expense!!!

    www.fujifilmusa.com 1-800-800-3854 m-f 9am-8pm Est. sat-sun 10am-6pm Est.

Now don't be lazy!!! If they direct you to send it in, don't go back to the dealer where you bought it and try and get them to send in the camera for you! WHY? in the first place ALL manufacturers do repairs sent in by customers before the repairs sent in by dealers (even if a dealer sends in a customers camera!).

I dumpster dive ( or go into small stores and ask if they have any small boxes they haven't thrown out that I can have) for shipping purposes. Also try and fine a "direct" UPS shipping point rather than a retail store that ships UPS, The "depot" is cheaper!

    Good Luck!
