Copyright notification - cover song on youtube ("Villanova Junction")?
Good evening, and a happy new year to all of you!
Ok, so I have this double question.
In December, I put this video I made on Youtube : it's a cover of "Villanova Junction" by Jimi Hendrix.
First : after a few days, I got this Copyright Notification. Obviously, it's a cover, so I answered that yes, this video includes music that belongs to someone else.
My question is : there are so many covers on youtube, so does everybody who puts a cover song on youtube gets this kind of notification? How to avoid it or to settle it? Are there some particular settings to pick?
Will I get more notifications if I don't change anything to the video (keywords, settings etc...)?
Second question : I'd like frank and honest opinions about the execution of this piece. Please. I know I'm no match to Jimi Hendrix - I wouldn't post questions on Yahoo Answers ;-) - but constructive criticism is always welcome.

Thanks in advance!

Hello!
Happy New Years to you.
What videos might have copyright notices:
Audio: recorded music, live performances, cover songs, background music, etc.
Visuals: images, logos, software, video game footage, etc.
Any other content you don't own worldwide commercial usage rights to.
*Examples of videos that are NOT eligible*
- Your video contains a song you purchased for personal use (e.g., bought on iTunes or in a store) but didn't obtain a commercial license.
- You found a video on the Internet and you cannot prove that it's in public domain.
- You are only singing words of your favorite copyrighted song
- You have used content from someone else without permission, but you haven't yet received a copyright notice on your video.
- You edit together or "mash-up" other works
- You only use 30 seconds of a song or video clip
- Your video does not provide proper attribution or credits as required by a license.
There are lots of covers on YouTube but those are covers from mostly YouTube partners and they could reject content disputes and also they have the correct licensing and written permission to cover those songs.
