I used Lime away on my stainless fridge and it stained the metal any ideas on how to undo it?
Sad part id company says it works on sinks yet they say it does not work with metal. False advertising if you ask me! Anyway anyone know how to fix this?

I'd try "Bar Keepers Friend". Follow the printed directions. Most stores will have it in their "Cleaning Solutions" isle.

If that doesn't do it then try other stainless steel cleaner/polishes.

Lime Away is safe for most stainless steel. I've used on my SS sinks a gazillion times. You have to follow the directions to the letter, though. You can't let it sit & you must rinse immediately with lots of water. You can try using a car polish on it to bring it back to normal. Make sure that it's a cleaning polish and not a wax. The following is from Lime Away's website & pretty close to the bottle's directions:
Q. Does LIME-A-WAY work on all stainless steel, brass and chrome fixtures? Is there any metal fixture on which I should not use LIME-A-WAY?
A. LIME-A-WAY contains ingredients that could etch or discolor metal. The products can be used on some chrome and stainless steel fixtures. Follow all instructions on the product label. Test a hidden area prior to use. After applying the product, promptly wipe and rinse the area thoroughly to avoid damage. For full details and precautions, please see the product label. LIME-A-WAY is not recommended for use on other metallic surfaces for risk of discoloration or other types of damage
