Do you fear for Pippa Middleton now that Catherine has married Prince William?

Right now she is the media darling. However, all this conspicuous display of affection and doting could have an ulterior motive. Royal consorts, and commoners who have married crown princes, do not appear to have a very optimisitic track record. The world is well familiar with the tragedy, as well as the scandal and unanswered questions, connected with the deaths of Princess Diana and of Princess Grace. Sometimes it seems that the families of the brides pay for the passage of their family member into royalty. The sister of Crown Princess Letizia of Spain was found dead, the apparent victim of a suicide after the marriage of Letizia to Crown Prince Felipe. The sister of Princess Mathilde of Belgium reportedly died in a car accident before Mathilde married Crown Prince Philippe. Mathilde, however, might have known or been involved with her future husband at that time. The father of Princess Mette-Merit of Norway experienced a lot of troubles and ultimately died following his daughter's marriage to Crown Prince Haakon.

It often seems that royalty expects somebody to pay its way, and if the royal brides do not pay for it themselves their sisters or other family members end up paying the price.

No,I do not have any fear for Pippa, she is really down to earth and calm, getting the best profits from the fuss and attention around her.One could just envy her more or less perfect mental health. So all the papers' speculations about it are just "much fuss about nothing".I do remember many more or less happy examples:both sisters of Princess Diana are happily married,Princess Mary's of Denmark 's sibling do well,as well as Princess Maxima's etc.

These deaths could be just coincidences, after all it's life with all its tragedies around.

Royal consorts are people too... So, they have their share of family tragedies also... That doesn't;t mean that royal weddings have a jinx... Just that royalty doesn't mean immunity to the facts of life...

There are notunansweredd questions about Princess Grace's death - it was certainly an accident. Only some speculations that heir (then unerage) daughter may was driving the car.

Letizia's sister had a history of depression that went back long before she met the prince.

NOTHING has happened to Diana's sisters. They are happily married.

Princess Grace had no siblings. There are no "unanswered questions" connected to her death.

No. I doubt anything is going to happen to Pippa. She's just enjoying a moment in the limelight, as would most people in that situation.

HOW do you connect the death of Mathilde's sister to a marriage that the participants DIDN'T EVEN KNOW EACH OTHER YET?

I think you are looking for something that simply doesn't exist.

If you examined the record, you'd find that far more siblings of people who married into royal families did NOT "pay any price". You are overvaluing and overdramatizing a few problems in a few families.

There is no expectation by royals that "somebody" should "pay their way" by suffering death and destruction. You make it sound as though some mysterious body is at work to harm the family members of royal brides. This is really quite silly and smacks of a conspiracy theory mindset.

So, no, I don't "fear" for Pippa Middleton.

IT'S A CONSPIRACY! THE QUEEN IS KILLING OFF ALL SHE DOES NOT DEEM WORTHY FOR ROYALTY!!!!!1!!!

No, seriously, although it might be more stressful now, I don't think she'll die of anything but natural causes. People die from time to time, and when they are related to royalty, the media cover it. For example, the security guard who died at Utoya was in the news, as he was the Norwegian Crown Princess' half brother or something like that. It has been so long that I can't really remember.

An interesting question that does make you think. Though there has been sufficient "evidence" pointing toward fearing for Pippa, I do believe that these are merely just coincidences. Just because certain tragic events happened in the past, does not mean that the cycle will continue forever more.
