On your turn you can move any piece, but not a pawn, backwards.

It depends on the concrete position and since you haven't posted a diagram or likewise to show I really cannot tell. As long as your Bishop isn't in an absolute pin (i.e. pinned to your King) then you are allowed to move it backwards. A Bishop can go in any direction (backwards and forwards) diagonally on it's own colour square.

Its best that you don't move your bishop there. Because the opponent can just move the pawn up and you will have no choice but to move it back. Therefore, the opponent has an advantage and you will have a disadvantage because you just wasted your move like that.

The moment that your chess piece moves into an opponent's piece, yours must stop and "capture" the opponent's piece.
It's a last ditch defense to pile stuff up in front of your king, as even if your opponent starts whacking away at your pieces, you'll still have a few moves left to possibly checkmate and win.

You can move backwards (diagonally, in the bishop's case), if that's what you're asking.

99.99% yes...your allowed to move the bishop
00.01% no...if your bishop is "pinned"...your not allowed to move it
