b) This answer is incorrect. Ambiguous paradox!
c) Yes, this is an ambiguous question.
d) Um, your point?
-----
First post with a 100% score will get best answer
I will not give hints, so don't ask. If questions seem ambiguous and undecidable, ignore the actual answers - assume that each answer has a hidden "correctness" value, which must coincide with the other questions and answers. Deductively, there will exist one unique answer that can be marked as "correct".
@pi: To clarify, a, b, c, and d are synonymous with A, B, C, and D. It came out this way because I typed this up in Word and copied it over, and Word uses the lower-case bulleting template by default.
So far, "...." is the only respondent with a score that is not indicative of guessing. However, no one has 100% yet.

Tough. The following is sort of in the order I looked at it. At the very least, it's in the order I wrote the answers.
7) B
3) B
6) C
8) D
9) D
4) D
1) D
2) B
10) A
5) B
Rewritten in numerical order:
1) D
2) B
3) B
4) D
5) B
6) C
7) B
8) D
9) D
10) A
EDIT:
How I arrived at my answer...
"I will not give hints, so don't ask. If questions seem ambiguous and undecidable, ignore the actual answers - assume that each answer has a hidden "correctness" value, which must coincide with the other questions and answers. Deductively, there will exist one unique answer that can be marked as "correct"."
Big enough hint there. 5) and 10) are ambiguous. Because of this, I automatically know I must deduce the answers. 7) is B in order to limit the possible choices of 5).
If 7) is B, 3) is B. No big problem there.
If 3) is not C or D, then both 6) and 8) must be C or D. There is only one correct answer. Hence, I then looked at 6).
6) is a big one. If D is false, then 8) is B and 1) is B. However, if 1) is B, then 8) is A. It is impossible to have two correct answers, hence C is false.
8) can't be C, therefore it must be D.
3 is a triangular number isn't it? Well, that's why 9) is D.
6) is not B, therefore 4) is D.
If 4) is D, then it's not A nor C. Therefore 1) is D.
If A is the answer to 2), then 1 + the number of answers with letter answer A is 3. However, 3 is a triangular number. 8 already has the answer D. There cannot be two answers therefore, 2) is not A. I've already answered most of the questions, therefore 2) is not D. 2) can only be B.
Now, remember that no question has two answers. Therefore, the number of questions on test with B or C cannot be 3. Therefore, one of 5) and 10) must be A and the other must be B. 10) cannot be B. Why? Look at 7), 7) is B. If 10) is B, 7) has two answers. 10) is A and 5) is B.
EDIT:
Drat... What a disappointment.
I just noticed "a) The number of a question with the answer B" doesn't say "a) The number of questions on this test with answer B".
Thanks for the thumbs up folks, but this isn't the correct answer...
3) can't be B.

1.a
6. c - see question (1)
4. d (6)
5. b
7. b (5)
3. b (7)
8. d (process of elimination):
(a) can't be the answer since if the answer in (10) is (a), then the answer is 4 (9.b), but if (a) is already the correct answer, then it will render (8.b) wrong which will be a contradiction since 4 is a perfect square. If the answer in (10) is not (a) then the answer is 3 (9.d) but again, if (a) is already the correct answer, then (8.d) will be wrong - another contradiction since 3 is a triangular number.
(b) is not the answer. (since (3.d) is wrong)
(c) is not the answer. (since (4.b) is wrong)
9. d ((b) is not a triangular number. (a) and (c) will be wrong if (10) is correct)
10. d (This question does have a "hidden 'correctness' value" since it is plain ambiguous and there is no "actual answer". (b) is not the answer since (7.d) is wrong. (c) is not the answer since if it is, then it will make (9.c) a valid answer which will make both (9.c) and (9.d) correct.)
2. a (thus, (10.a) is wrong)
1. a
2. a
3. b.
4. d
5. b
6. c
7. b
8. d
9. d
10. d

You said '....' had the closest score or something. i tried to do this quiz thing, and it took me a really long time. i figured question 1 was impossible to do until close to last, so i started at the bottom. then when i finally finished the quiz, i compared my answers to '....'s answers. and very few of them are the same. but here are my answers:
1. b
2. d
3. a
4. a
5.b
6. a
7. d
8. b
9. b
10. c
i want you to get back to me and tell me what i got right and what i got wrong please.

whoever your logic teacher is, he must be pretty smart to cook up an idea like this
