Easily , it runs on my computer that is way older. You can probably run it on close to max settings.

it will SURELY work with the Nvidia, all the rest is ok too. It will run easily, only the installation might be a little slower then normal because of the processor. Have fun with Spore!!!

It should run, but remember EA does not support laptops for its games. If you have any problems and call their tech support you will be turned away.
