Heard in London, "what a tit she was". What did the guy mean? Guess, he was talking about a gf?

    Usually the word 'tit' in the context you describe, means fool, numpty, berk, clot, idiot etc.

    Such a sentence as "Rodney, you plonker" could also be re-phrased as "Rodney, you tit" and it would still mean the same thing.

    It wouldn't need to be a girlfriend, although "she" obviously says it was a female he was talking about.

    Here in Britain "tit" is a pretty mild way of talking about someone, suggests that the woman he's talking about is a bit of a fool, but not much more than that.
