    Asalamu alyekum,

The thirteenth of September is an estimate of the first day of Ramadan fasting, but that depends on your local community. You need to check with them, and fast when they fast.

You won't be so hungry if you have suhoor. Get up an hour before Fajr, pray tahajud and witr, and then have suhoor. You need to eat things that will stick with you but won't make you thirsty. You might have some protein, like eggs or meat, some vegetables, some caffeine, and, very important, yogurt! Yogurt really helps to prevent thirst.

If you can, take a nap in the afternoon, especially if you're hungry.

Please pray for me and my family when you break your fast!

You should take your late meal {Suhoor} late as possible in the night of 12th and before sun shines or before you see the light change for the next day. It's different by time from one country to another.

As for the Hunger, don't worry God will help you. You have to drink enough water before the time comes. Eat and drink things that may not cause you to feel thirsty the next day. It may not be easy the first day if you are not used to it, but don't worry it'll pass and God will help you. Then when you start breakfast, you'll feel that happy feeling that you did it.

Hello, according the caledar the first day of fasting is the 13th. First taraweeh prayer on the night before (12th). About the hunger, I've been skipping lunch for the past few days to start getting used to.
