How many STATES did practice slavery, and how many didn't? I am referring to actual states (not territories) which had a say in Congress around 1860?

I need the numbers so I can comment on the sectional balance.

For anyone who took the Kaplan ACT prep class, how does the (1st) practice test compare to the actual thing?

or just kaplan in general. I heard it is easier than the real thing..

So I am taking my 1st AP exam in May. But I am confused about the guessing penalty.

I read a couple months ago that it was removed, but my prep book as well as other resources say there is still one. But, it could have been published before this information was released...

Can anyone confirm weather or not there is a guessing penalty this year? If you have a official college board link please share.

Also, is it true that too get my scores I need to give my SSN (or find out my AP number).
