my lcd tv (i use as a monitor) has screen burns and I dunno if they're reversible or not, screensaver is useless because i work all my waking hours so it would never come on. I wish there was some animation: a fat frog would slide thru the screen every hour, so that the background would change at least once an hour for one second... is there anything like this available out there, a one second screensaver that comes on every hour? any ideas? how to accomplish this. It should come and go immediately. 

Theres a lot of articles discussing re-sellers doubling their investment with ps5 consoles they pre-ordered.

Did this same thing happen in 2013 when ps4 came out?

this is really a pain in the arsenal as my wifi hotspot can only accommodate 10 devices, so I cannot connect any additional device to it because lg tv is the 10th device. this also takes a toll on my smartphone

i have heard of people damaging tv lcd panels with cleaning products (tv screens are soft, but im still concerned)

So, what I want to know is do the registration prompts "please register your win10" hijack the computer interrupting processes i want to run on the background or is it just some pop up message in the right bottom corner that doesn t interrupt anything until you click ok

these vinyls sound just fine when turntable connected to jbl speaker

these vinyls sound like **** when connected to laptop via usb and recorded with audacity. why is this? is this turntable defective or am i doing it wrong?

I KNOW: You're not supposed to use your phone as wifi hotspot 24/7 and I don't care.

Smartphones are not meant to be used as wifi routers, thereby using them as such causes them to start malfunctioning until you reboot them. One thing that goes wrong is that it no longer uses 4G, and speeds go down to mere 300 kbps, not 100 mbps.

Currently the only solution I have thought of is alarm clock every 4 hrs to remind me to reboot my smartphone.

I would want to have a better system. E.g. an app that notifies me whenever switch from 4g to 3g occurs. Or some kind of speed test program on my computer screen that tests the internet speed every 15 mins and shows the latest results, so I can see when the speed has dropped to 300kbps.

found this laptop next to a trash can, seems to be win7 era, but aesthetic looking samsung laptop... no charger...

dunno if its broken or not... whoever tossed it failed to remove hdd because of couple screws

cant really access the hdd... it has two "local disc" sections in it but they just load for ages and cant access files...

is there anything i can do with this laptop? it was probably tossed because screen is broken...

is there any way to put some charge into its battery to test it out with external display or something?

-what year did laptops that can output 4k start to become more common?

2. other factors that increase likelihood of 4k output capacity?

-im probably not gonna be able to look at specific things like model names if i buy them bulk (im buying i7 only, so they not gonna be completely crappy ones), so if theres something to look at that suggests that it might have 4k output capability then please let me know
