Ironically the workplace bully has accused me of being a bully to her.

I had a meeting with my supervisor and the accuser - her only point if evidence was that I organised a staff night out and excluded her which actually never happened and is easily provable if management just ask the rest of the staff whether we went out without inviting her.

However she has determined to carry on calling me a bully to a number if members of staff even crying to people about it on my days off.

She let it slip that it annoys her that a member on her team and I have become very close friends. She has the idea that they were like sisters and I broke them apart. However in reality my friend has been tormented by this bully for several years and has never considered her a friend. Recently the bully told a customer that my friend didn't know who the father of her child was which caused a lot of upset but as my friend suffers badly at times from anxiety she didn't report it and let it go.

As far as her complaint about me goes in the meeting with my superior the supervisor did intervene to say that this girl has been the cause of a lot of harm in the company over the years and that it was ironic that she was now portraying herself as a victim. At this the girl stormed out in tears and went to the boss who talked privately to her for 2 hours and then he refused to talk to me afterwards.

I can't sleep with anxiety and I'm so upset that I can be accused of being a bully with no evidence and am not even allowed the opportunity to defend myself- what the hell do I do now???

I volunteer with a arthritis foundation that helps people cope and live well with a number of related conditions, and I also have severe inflammatory arthritis in every joint from my skull to my knees.

I am putting together a presentation at the moment with advice on ways to manage pain when any part of your body/ multiple bones are inflamed.

This includes different sleeping positions when shoulders/ lower back and pelvis/ hips/ neck/ knees/ ribs are in pain, as well as ways to sit on a sofa chair/ kitchen chair/ office chair/ car seat to be more comfortable.

Also I am focusing on how to do daily duties like cooking (e.g. hard/ impossible to lift heavy pots/ bend down to kitchen cupboards etc).

I am looking for input from other sufferers on what personal techniques they have developed when coping with their own specific pain, and also if there is any task/ daily occurance that they have found particularly difficult to manage when inflamed.

i'm engaged to an aussie and applied for a de facto visa to g back with him in jan. it was denied because i didnt pass my medical (2 pre- existing chronic conditions).

If we get married before january will i be able to go with him, and will i be entitled to medicare covering hospital stays?

Private health insurance not an option.

I'm Irish and moving back to Australia on a de-facto VISA with my Australian partner in january. (I lived there before for a year.

Here's the problem:

- I have Ulcerative Colitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis

- Under this VISA I can't be covered on his medicare card for the 1st 2 years (the Irish/ Australian reciprocal agreement is void for this period)

- If I get medical insurance it won't cover my pre-existing conditions

- My Irish insurer won't cover me long term overseas (only for up to 6 months) and will not cover pre-exisiting conditions overseas.

Does anybody have any advice on what methods I can take to help manage healthcare fees and medications while I'm there?
