Resigning While Working Out Of Town?
Im a construction Project Manager working about 2.5 hours out of town from my home and my employers home office. I am provided a company vehicle and housing when out of town. I plan on resigning at the end of the year but giving notice this month. The reason for giving 4 months notice is to be able to close out a project that I am currently working on and to give my employer a chance to fill the position. I have a good relationship with my employer but I'm just thinking to the worse case scenario when I do resign which is that they ask me to leave immediately.
My question is; if they ask me to leave immediately, I am out of state, hours from home, in a company vehicle. Is my employer obligated to allow me to drive at least back to our home office or can they effectively leave me stranded?

They are set to break ground on the new National Museum of African American History and Culture at the National Mall in Washington today. My question is, should this be a separate museum or should we have just incorporated it into the main museum. I mean that African American history IS a part of the history of this country good or bad. Is it offensive that the new museum is separate or is it looked upon as respectful that it is on it's own? By continuously creating separate organizations and entities that cater only to or mainly to African Americans are we just continuously drawing attention to our differences?
I hope that this doesn't come off as ignorant, I honestly just want to hear opinions on the issue.

I know that animals choose mates to ensure the highest percentage rate of successful reproduction but can animals choose NOT to reproduce, or is that based on whether or not they are capable of successfully reproducing meaning the animal is diseased or genetically mutated?
