Hi, I'm doing maths coursework where I need to prove something algebraically, which i've done.

I have two equations:

ax + (a+d)y + (a+2d)z=a+3d

bx + (b+e)y + (b+2e)z=a+3e

(There's a third in the same form but i've reduced the system to echelon form and cancelled it out)

But one of the limitations of the proof is that you have to divide by ae-bd to reduce the system, and so it assumes ae-bd≠0

And I realised, because ae-bd=0 when ae=bd, If I substitute two values into 'a' and 'e' like 3 and 4. ae equals 12, and if I subsitute another two values so b x d also equals 12, like 6 and 2, and then substitute all these values into the equation, one equation becomes a scalar multiple of the other. If I can prove that, then I can cancel an equation out, but i'm not sure how to prove this algebraically.

If this isn't enough information, please ask and i'll give more.

Sometimes some some letters on my keyboard just stop responding, it's not specific keys, it's completely random, and it only stops me typing them (It lets me use ctrl+c and ctrl+v when c and v aren't responding) It doesn't happen very often, but it can be quite annoying when it does, any suggestions?

I was just wondering what I would need for a position like there's in terms of the game design.

Also, seeing as people like miyamoto design the actual games console itself, what qualifications would I need for that, and would they necessarily require knowledge in that field, or would they be able to come up with just the concepts (e.g a two screen console with a bottom touch screen) without needing to personally think about how it would all go together.

I know there is a relation but I don't actually know what exactly that relation is.

A set for hiragana and a set for katakana

The reason I'm asking this is because I'm trying to learn hiragana and katakana and i'm finding it difficult. But i remembered the word kitsune in symbols and used it alot, which helped me remember the symbols for ki, tsu and ne. So I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of words that would cover every symbol. (not including voice marker symbols like　ば or ぱ because those would just require me to remember to add the marker to は　which I don't have a problem with)

How do you insert text into a footer in MS Word 2007 so that it appears on a single page but doesnt affect the other footers (and still follows their pattern)

I've decided to start stop motion and want to buy plasticine, but only they charge a lot for postage and packaging as it is quite heavy. I was wondering if anyone new any shop chains, (by that I mean shops like Tesco, GAME etc) that sold plasticine, They sell it in Toys R Us but as a childrens toy in small portions. I would prefer to buy NewPlast Plasticine in 500g blocks.

And if you're American, Im in England so answers like Target wont work for me =-S
