Awhile ago I met a guy who's so sweet, incredibly smart and about 16 months older than I am. I become completely smitten with him when I first met him back in September, but now that second semester's rolled around and we actually have a class together, I've just fallen that much harder.

I get the feeling he's trying to connect with me, but whether that be in a friendship-kind of way or romantically, I can't tell. Every now and then I'll make a comment to him, only to realize I can feel my heart pounding as soon as I do so and then turn away once he makes his response (even if he tries to carry on the conversation) because I keep thinking I'll lose control of what I say if I keep speaking with him. And, at random points during class, I'll see him making eye contact with me. I usually return it for a moment or so before stopping.

What do I make of him? Is he trying to be friendly, or what, and how should I react around him? I want to be his friend but I really don't trust my emotions...

I don't know if this makes a difference, but I'm a Pisces and he's a Scorpio.

I'm thinking of beginning a blog so I pulled up these random blogs. I'm not going to straight-out copy them, but model them slightly after them. Please comment on color scheme, general content (I don't know what I'll write in the blog), etc.

On today's ustream chat she said that it'll be called "Speak Out" and will be released October 25. (I'd rather it come out July 21, but whatever.) The first single will come out next month and its name is "Mine".

What are you expecting of it? I won't mind if you simply say you're not a fan of her music, but I'd really rather you not be rude about it.

I often shop at Plato's Closet (you can buy tees for $5 and leggings for $2 nowhere else), but naturally I also buy clothes at other places. Some reckless shopping sprees = quite a few pieces that I realize are either too tight or too baggy, and I'm looking to sell them. What's selling there like? Are they friendly, do they pay you well, etc.? Any information about selling them clothing will be greatly appreciated =)

By "good movie" I mean a movie that both genders in their teen years will enjoy. I don't mean chick flicks, crappy excuses for films like Twilight or New Moon, or R-rated bloody or horror films. It can be sad, a comedy, whatever.

I found a good recipe for egg noodles. It seems simple and straightforward to make. Only problem being I can't really see myself eating egg noodles by themselves so I'm looking for recipes that call for them. What do you use egg noodles for?

I'll cut right to the chase. During the winter, when it was normal for everyone to wear hoodies, during my period I'd slip a tampon into my hoodie sleeve and then go to the bathroom.

But as the weather's getting warmer, everyone (myself included) is switching to short-sleeve shirts. My period's coming in a week... and I really don't feel like wearing a hoodie in this sweltering weather for the sake of hiding my tampons. How are you discreet about it?

I'm a bit worried about my subscription. I was already subscribing for 3 yrs to Seventeen when I accidentally asked for another subscription when I entered a raffle. They keep sending me notices to pay... I'm not sure if they'll stop my other subscription too. What should I do? And will my paid-for magazines be cancelled?

I keep seeing tiny flashes of light when I'm reading. I'm not sure what this is, but I'm certainly worried. I googled the keywords "blindness, -diabetes [since i don't have diabetes], -hereditary, -genetic, cause" but nothing useful came up. Any ideas?

Awhile ago I subscribed to Seventeen (my first subscribed issue was November 2009; I bought the October one at Walmart). I saw an offer to enter to win a free fragrance/lip gloss duo, so I figured, heck why not, it's free. So I went onto the website, found the sweepstakes and entered. At the bottom, where you have to fill out your information, it told me either I could enter to get a "FREE Trial Issue of Seventeen" (plus the rest of a year's subscription if I felt like paying for it) or not, if I was already a subscriber. So of course I clicked the latter. But then a bunch of OTHER sweepstakes caught my eye and of course I had to enter those, too.

Then lo and behold Seventeen sends me an email saying I "hadn't paid" for my subscription yet. I didn't understand, since I'd paid for the 3-year one ages ago, and then I opened the email to find it was talking about the one I'd mistakenly entered when I was entering one of those sweepstakes. I figured they'd send me my one free mag, along with my subscribed copy, and then it'd all be taken care of. But this month I got the Miley one for Dec2009/Jan2010 - the ONE copy. I thought it was a mistake so I went onto my email to check any old Seventeen emails. I went onto my account, which informed me I had to pay to get the rest of what I'd already entered for.

I really don't understand this; shouldn't I have gotten two copies? It seems like by accidentally entering to get that free trial mag, I cancelled out my previous subscription (aka $18 down the drain). I cannot contact Seventeen or find any information online. Has anyone been through this situation or know what to do about it?

I've only just heard about them and I'm intrigued. Does each individual computer have one? If so, how can I find it?

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that I'm connected to the Internet now (usually I'm not). You know how, on iTunes, you've got three basic headings (Library, Store, Playlist)? I just opened iTunes to buy some music and now there's a fourth: Shared. It's a playlist, I guess, called "Kara's LimeWire Tunes". I keep trying to stop it but it keeps on loading. Where could it come from...? I'm confused.

I've tried everything. I want to add Taylor Swift tracks to a little movie I'm making about her (no, I'm not going to upload it to YouTube, it's for my own enjoyment; and yes, I bought the music legally and did not get it via LimeWire or some other crappy illegal device). Getting it from my flash drive (I saved some music onto it), the CDs and directly from my computer have all failed. What am I doing wrong?

Are you for or against it and why?

I have this really, really annoying acne problem that kicked into high gear towards the beginning of this year. Started out with maybe a few on the forehead that I could easily ignore, but now they're proliferating in great numbers on my face.

I've tried Aveeno and Neutrogena; Aveeno was total crap for me, and Neutrogena worked in the beginning but now doesn't seem like it's doing anything. Zits are still pretty much the same as they were a week or two ago, and more are sprouting.

I'm desperate so any sort of acne treatment product recommendation is greatly appreciated!
