The husband? For agreeing to let his wife go through with it? The wife, for actually going through with it? Or both? I believe they both should take responsibility for what happened. He agreed to it. She did it. My husband believes she cheated...end of story. That it all falls on her. What is your opinion on the subject?

I have legal custody of my sister's 4 year old daughter. She was going to put her up for adoption at birth and I've had her since day one. I have been mommy to her all her life and my son and daughter have been her brother and sister from the beginning. My sister gave up all rights to her when she was 3 months old and the father is unknown. I would like to legally adopt, so that she may carry our last name and would like to do this before she starts school, so that she doesn't have to learn a name she isn't familiar with. (She has always called herself my my last name and doesn't know any different.) We started our through DHR as my sister had a serious drug and alcohol problem. We have been discharged from the state when I was given legal custody of her at three months old. I wondered of there was a program that would assist in the cost of a legal adoption as I've heard it will cost around $2000 in legal fees. Any input on the subject would be greatly appreciated!

I used this straightener in July of 2005. It completely destroyed my hair. I had naturally curly hair and now its just frizzy and dry. It was only supposed to last 3 months and well over a year later...I'm still having problems. It doesn't show any signs of growth or getting any healthier. I use a deep conditioner frequently. Will my curls ever come back? And what else can I do to help the condition of my hair.

For the past 6 months or so, i have experienced facial tingling/numbness in the right side of my face. It feels like your leg or foot feels when it "falls asleep". It only lasts 30 seconds to 1 minute each episode. This used to happen about once a week. For the past month, its been happening 5 to 8 times a day, usually after I stand up or with movement. Seems like a circulation problem. I've been to the doctor over this and he didn't seem too concerned. I did have a CAT scan, which revealed nothing. But, its so aggravating and I'm concerned that this could lead to a more serious problem. Can anyone help?
