I've been feeling extremely stressed about money for a while now, even when I shouldn't be. My finances aren't too bad, I work full time and make liveable money but could be doing better. I'm finishing up a post grad program so I'm hoping to get a better job soon, but with all my friends making more money than me it's hard to feel positive about it right now.. I'm also moving soon and will have to spend a lot of money on getting some new stuff.

How can I stress myself out less about money?

My roommate has been living in our basement and is a tenant on the lease however he isn't legally allowed to sleep in their as per the terms of our lease. We received a notice to cease after a fire inspector saw the bed. Is our landlord allowed to ask to inspect the basement without proper notice? Can he just knock on the door and ask to come in or is he required to give advanced notice to do so?

What is a better schedule to work in your opinion? Sunday-Thursday 8-5 or Monday-Friday 8-5?

Last night I just barely drove through a red light and couldn't tell if I saw a camera flash go off. I heard the red light cameras became illegal in 2014, does anyone know?

I'm going to Lake George for the first time this weekend with my girlfriend. What's some fun stuff to do their for those of you that have been? We're staying at the Fran Cove Motel.

I'm in the middle of my paralegal certificate program and wanted to know for those of you that have taken the same path, what's a good way to start out? Where do you go to gain entry level experience?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a little over 2 years and we have a very solid relationship. No concerns about breaking up or cheating or anything like that. The reason that she is interested in trying an open relationship is because I am her first and only boyfriend (first for everything sexual as well) and she has one year of college left and wants to be able to experience having more freedom in that aspect while she has the availability to do so while still in school.

I do understand where she's coming from and am not opposed to the idea of her sleeping with other guys really, but my concern comes from the risk of it ruining our relationship. It is safe to assume there is a risk of her developing feelings for someone else, or realizing she would rather be single, but at the same time I know that it is important to her to be able to try these things while shes young in the event that we end up staying together for the long run and I wouldn't feel right depriving her of that. It's pretty difficult to rationally think what my opinion on the situation is.

My question is (ideally for someone who has been in a similar situation) what is your advice?

What field of paralegal work would you consider to be the best in terms of salary, demand and personal fulfillment? I know that that may depend on the particular person but overall what do you think?
