I want to get back into juicing momentarily to get nutrients absorbed into my body quickly, then after a while switch to the vegetable smoothie route to get the full benefits of nutrients and fiber. The thing is I want to get spinach and kale into my juicing diet but these vegetable don't produce a lot of liquid. So is there a vegetable that is as healthy as spinach or kale that produces more liquid? Like say the amount of liquid you would get out of a bell pepper, or celery?

do these things really protect the computer, or do they only temporarily protect it but inevitably viruses and malware will seep through?

So I had catteract surgery on my left eye recently, and it will be a little while before I get the right one done. I wear contact lenses but I would rather wear glasses right now. Since I will be getting the right eye done but not for a while, I don't want to buy a new pair of glasses. So my question is, can I get lens craters or any glasses manufacturer businesses to replace the left lens with a non prescription lens? can I only pay for one lens to be replace or do I need to buy both left and right lens. (My left eye prescription has been reduced to something of ordinary reading glasses. So I can see well without glasses on that eye)
