My webcam has been like this for a while now. It works perfectly fine on skype, lolcam, and cameroid, but when i open the actual webcam program, it's freezes within the first 2 seconds and stays frozen. I can't take pictures or videos in the webcam program.

It's a built-in webcam.

Any idea why it's doing that and how I can fix it?

So..... last October I spend a week in the hospital on suicide watch due to how bad my depression got and my depression is starting to hit me hard again, exactly a year later. I don't have suicidal thoughts again but I have started cutting myself like before.

I have a doctors appointment on Thursday and plan on asking my doctor about seeing a counselor for help with my depression and don't know if I should tell her about my cutting... Do you think she'll make me go back to the hospital? I really don't want to...

My hair is naturally wavy if that helps.

I'm 17 years old and it seems like my lazy eye is starting to get worse... if I started wearing a patch on my other eye, would that help my lazy eye at all?

But if that would help, I'm a little nervous because whenever I cover my other eye (not my lazy one), it goes lazy... if that makes sense.

On my birthday, the 19th, I got an external hard drive (Seagate GoFlex Ultra-portable Drive) and I'm pretty sure that's when my webcam started messing up. When I open up my webcam program, the picture has green fuzzy blobs at the bottom and it freezes after 1 second and stays frozen. I went on webcam for my best friend to see if it would stay like that and the green blobs were still there but it wasn't frozen. That was about a week ago and when I open up my webcam program it's still frozen.

What can I do to fix this?

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5736Z, the webcam is built in. I've checked the Acer website to see if they had a driver I could install to fix it but found nothing.

I'm addicted to diet coke and have been for many years (don't comment and tell me to quit, I'm trying very hard but it's not something that I can do easily.) It's given me bad acid erosion on my front teeth, top and bottom, so I've recently started drinking through a straw. The acid erosion has given me a slight gap at the bottom of my top front teeth and it seems to getting higher and I'm TERRIFIED of it getting any bigger.

So long story short, will flossing in between my two top front teeth make the gap worse?

The creams/lotions I've tried haven't worked at all...

For the past two weeks, there have been black wasps in my bedroom window. My brother-in-law has been killing them with raid, but more keep coming. He went up the side of the house with the ladder and cocked the cracks he could find but he said he didn't find that many.

I called the local exterminator and he said cocking the cracks was a big mistake because now the wasps have no way out if their nest is somewhere inside the walls. I asked them how much it would cost for them to come and get rid of them and he said almost $200. I definitely CAN'T afford that at all, so does anyone know how I can get rid of them?

It's the summer time and it's so hot in my room but I can't open my window because of the wasps. Please help :(

At around 9 PM yesterday, I took a pill [luvox] and a couple hours later, I started feeling really nauseous. That was my first time taking it. The nausea lasted all night, and I didn't get ANY sleep, literally. I'm also not tired at all. I still haven't gotten any sleep, and I've been awake for a little over 36 hours.

I have a caffeine addiction, which the doctor knows about. She said that the caffeine will try to keep me awake, where as the luvox will try to make me tired, so they'll work against each other and make me sleep like a normal person. She was wrong...

I haven't taken another pill tonight, due to the fact that I don't want any more side effects. But I still can't seem to fall asleep.

What should I do..?

I went to my doctor a few months ago, about my depression & anxiety, and she said I was too young for anti-depressants and that there weren't any good counselors in our area, so she did nothing. And then a month ago, I went back to her, telling her that I've been having really bad suicidal thoughts, so she scheduled an appointment with a child specialist or something, in Kingston, Ontario. [I live near Trenton.] Well, the appointment is scheduled for the day after tomorrow, and since my last trip to my doctor, I've gotten homicidal thoughts, as well. I've been depressed for a little over a year now, and I've only been getting worse, since I haven't been getting any treatment. And since I'm only sixteen, they won't put me on anti-depressants.

What do you think the child specialist will say/do?

Ten years ago, a boy's tombstone was thrown into my backyard, and I've been drawn to it for a while. His name is Thomas Griffin, his parents are William & Anna Griffin. He died March 31st, in the 1850's. (the last number is worn off, so all you can see is 185_) His birthdate isn't visible, because the tombstone is broken.

I've been looking for information about him for a long time, and finally found him in the 1851 census. It said he was 8 years old at the time, born in Ireland, Roman Catholic. But his parent's weren't in the list.

So, I'm hoping someone on here can help me find information about him? I'd really appreciate it!

I've been getting nosebleeds once or twice a week, for the past month, and I went to see my doctor about it. She said it was because my nose is growing? Is she right?

About ten years ago, some teenagers threw a tombstone in my family's backyard. We assume it's a little boy's tombstone, as there is a lamb on it. The death date on it is March 31st, 1855. We can't see a birth date, because the tombstone is broken.

But I find myself oddly attracted to it? I keep getting the urge to just go look at it, or sit with it. It's really strange. The person's name appears in my dreams quite frequently, and I'm also feeling like there's a presence with me a lot of the time. Strange things do happen in my house (floor creaking, footsteps, knocking, banging, things being moved..).

But a lot of strange things only happen to me. A year ago, my family was sitting in the kitchen, and i turned the radio to my favourite station. Five minutes later, the radio turned off. My parents turned the radio back on and put it on their favourite station and it worked perfectly fine. That happened a few times. It stopped doing it for a while, but it's starting to happen again. Also, my tv used to turn on and off by itself, and would continue doing it until I unplugged it.

Why do you think this stuff is happening? The weird things, and the feelings?
