Hi, I'm 20, single, no kids, the oldest of five children and the first person to go to college in my family. I do NOT quallify for FAFSA (financial aide) because my parents make too much money even though I do not live with them. I'm looking for scholarships. No, I am not interested in LOANS (AKA being in debt for the rest of my life) I have finished my first full time semester with an average of 3.66.

Why is it that when I'm working in a company FLOODED with ILLEGAL immagrants (No visa's, no seeking citizenship, just plain illegal) that I'M the only one always being asked to present my social security card??? Something seems slightly skewed....

Some kids from highschool are holding this play. It's pretty cool but it involves the character dressing like a very young girl (shirley temple as an example) The actress for the part is a size twelve. Anybody have any idea how I can adjust a childrens sized pattern for an adult?

I have a series of OGG files that I want to convert into burnable DVD format that will run in my home theater DVD player.

Right now I'm having issues getting my burner to recognize it as anyform of media. I can watch the files. But I can't burn them....

I'm in a religions class and my teacher told me that there are accenptable reasons or cirmumstances for a Muslim to never make the trip to Mecca during their life time. I'm curious as to what some of those reasons could be.
