started working at a new job and part of induction is to stand up and resite a limerick infront of the whole company... i know .. someone help. it has to relate to work somehow and me at da same time.

i cant take her no more. this woman hurts me with worlds and always finishes every comment with ' im only joking'

like she will say , stop eating too much cake as you will get fat ,then 5 mins later she will offer me cake and when i refuse she will blurt out ' WHY BECSUSE U SCARED U WIL LGET FATTER' as if i need to lose weight or something. or she will tell her son that he is thinning out he needs to eat ' when i cook four times a day for him. this is just ridiculous . i used to like her but i hate her now. how do i make it clear to her that she is a mean ***** without cusing rift between my husband and i?

hi my new mother in law took all the wedding photos, well she received them first from my husbands cousin as she was taking them on the day .

she then proceeded to pick out the best ones and then gave me the rest. i never took them as i feel i should have had the chance to see them first . how do i deal with this . this woman is already in our business with regards to everything - at least i thought i could have a say first or at least see them first before she took some . i know i can make duplicates but how do i deal with her in the future. we had a small wedding and are planning a big wedding in a years time to invite all our extended families to share the special day with us , these photos will betaken professionaly which means they are coming to us first before her. do i not give her any photos from those as payback.. i feel horrible but she should have not done that to begin wiht .. advice please
