. I already had braces, should I get new braces?

So last week ik kept going to sleep at 7am and waking up at 5pm, last night I had enough and decided not to sleep, I then later fell asleep at 5pm and woke up at midnight. It is now 7am. Should I stay awake till this evening or sleep, and when will I wake up when I do.

I thought it was perfectionism and everyone says I have it, sometimes I need to have my pc monitor exactly in the middle of my table, my shoes exactly vertical next to eachother, and even my moise cursor exactly in the middle of the screen

Always when I don't get something right like for example a tonguetwister I get upset and then I feel like I need to do it perfectly to get calm again..
